“2013 BLK Quality Month" mobilization meeting was held on Sept. 5th. Mr. Shi, manager of Quality Control Department, hosted this meeting. In the attendance of all the staff, general manager Mr. Zhang and deputy manager Mr. Chen made dramatic speeches which greatly motivated the employees.
Mr. Zhang emphasized that all the production activities in the quality month should in comply with the enterprise quality management practice. With the systematic thinking of work to start the construction of quality culture and consciousness that “Quality is life” and promote the application of lean management and the concept of zero defects as well as other advanced quality management methods. Meanwhile, to frequently organize quality activities and cultivate the culture atmosphere and criteria to keep high quality at any time and any where.
Mr. Chen, who is in charge of the quality issues, gave a summarization on the product quality in 2012. Improving the product quality is more than a slogan; it is a system establishing work. To hold activities like quality month is an important job to enhance the product quality which being the basis of the enterprise survival. All staff should avoid arrogance, finish the work diligently and strengthen the suffering consciousness and sense of responsibility.
The meeting was focused on the theme “Pay attention to vehicle safety and product details” and ended successfully with all the staff calling out the slogan "keep an eye on vehicle safety, pay attention to product details, start from myself, and start from the minor matter."
